Service was terrible, wanted a hot and ready, didn’t have any ready would be 10 minutes. Cashier was so disinterested in helping me, was too busy talking to everyone in the back about everything else except working. Lobby was filthy, regular hot and ready pizza was awful tasting. There is a reason I don’t do Little Caesars and it was confirmed yet again. Only picked it up because I needed something quickly and wanted pizza. This is not worth the time or money, certainly not this location ever again!!

Placed an online order and was given a 30 minute estimate. Showed up 30 minutes later and was told our order wasn’t ready and to park they would bring it out. Well the parking lot was full and they said they wouldn’t bring our food out if we weren’t parked on a certain side of the building. So my husband ended up going inside as we couldn’t park. We ended up having to go back through the drive thru to get our food and it took over an hour from placing our order to actually get our food. Food was great but it was so disorganized it’s not worth going back.

Well with new management this place seem to be running alot smoother then normal. the lobby even open to the public. and staffing looks great. sitting here listening to then communication in the back is great. seem like the band is all playing the same song here!!

Always nothing ready They close the drive-through window to make you walk in we get the line is wrapping outside the building around the sidewalk. It’s like an every day occurrence no matter what this place is always awful.

So they only getting a one star at this point because they need to have better consistency with the rules of drive-through. It doesn’t make any sense that little Caesars makes me wait 26 to 40 minutes for a cheese pizza with that should be a part of hot and ready.
