Today, I had a very unpleasant experience with WingStop store #1802. I placed an order online and it gave the suggested pickup time of 35 minutes. I walked into the store where employees were arguing with one another,on their phone and was told 15 minutes for my order. I acknowledged and waited as I saw people coming in after me leaving, I asked about my order again. I again was told 15 minutes because they had a 50 piece order. At this point I went to my car for my phone, so I would know the time and could show my order #. I realized it had been an hour and when I questioned Omar,the cashier, he shrugged his shoulders,like he didn’t know and didn’t care. At this I said I need to be compensated and the key holder, I guess the manager said they didn’t have the order and she would give my money back. This place is VERY unprofessional and a poor representation of your company. If I could have left 0 stars, I would have.

Ordered online. Get there and have to wait ok cool. Mind you the lady was absolutely rude to everyone who walked in the door. She then tries to give me the wrong order. When I tell her who I was she tells her coworker “I did it again” and that she gave my order to the wrong person. I had already been there 20 minutes so, I wanted a refund. I was refunded $16.14 when my total was $18.92 and didn’t realize until I got home. Which is only a couple of dollars but, isn’t the point. I’ll never use or recommend this location to anyone. Beyond disappointed.

Can’t go wrong with the chicken… it’s Wing Stop. What can go wrong is the staff. The day I came in, there was an online special. Both the app and the website weren’t working that day, so I decided to just go in. When I entered, I asked an employee, “Are you all honoring the special in store due to both the app and website having issues?” He said yeah. I get to the front of the line, and the cashier says different. I proceeded to tell her that you all need to be on the same page because this person told me yes, it would get honored. She says, “I’ll give you the deal.” Her manager comes up and sees the transaction. They both go to the back, and the cashier said, “I honored that because I didn’t want any issues.” The manager then says loudly.”What I say go, it wouldn’t have been no issues, ….”. It was very unprofessional, and if I didn’t think someone would’ve spit in my food. It would’ve been an issue all because of her rudeness. I match energy, period

I placed an order on 7/8 for 10 wings and a sandwich. It took 45 minutes. Workers were standing around doing nothing. No manager insight. If you want wings go somewhere else. This place is the worst I’ve seen as far as service. Service and atmosphere a zero.

Come on man! How long do I have to be on hold to let you all know my order is messed up? Its been 20 minutes! I ordered online, got there and waited. Got asked multiple times for my name. Told two people what I ordered. I even showed my online receipt, and my order was still messed up. Definitely are done eating here. This isn’t the first time. Actually everytime I buy wings here my order is wrong. This time i was charged $28.88 (Latto Meal) for a 10 piece (of sauces I don’t care for) and fries, no drink. If I didn’t live so far I’d really drive back up there while on hold (which I’m still on…now 24 minutes) to correct my damn order. Take pride in being the only wingstop in the area…smdh

Seems every-time I come here I get a look like I’m inconveniencing them. No hello no how are you doing NOTHING. IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB GO ELSEWHERE AND WORK. Every dang time it’s an issue. I don’t care to see y’all’s miserable faces every time I come in. So rude and definitely not good customer service. Horrible service, employees all in the back playing around and being real loud. Even heard a male voice yell out the F word. That’s awful customer service. They also do not wear gloves or wash their hands, even after touching their face. It takes over 30 mins, a Really really really long time to get food. Terrible terrible. They are not good at their jobs. They need management, at least someone older who’s a manager instead of all children goofin around.
