Don’t know what was up today, but the dining room was closed and they were only taking mobile orders. Did an order, but when I drove up they said there were a lot of orders ahead of us. There were only 2 cars in the parking lot waiting for orders. The first gentleman said he had waited 40 mins. The next might have been a larger order. Then finally ours came out after a 20 min wait. The sandwiches were fresh, but fries were only warm. They also missed one of our junior frosties, and gave us no napkins.

I went to wendys this morning for a quick bite to eat and got a #2 no drink with a large seasoned potato. They had me pull forward ahead of the pick up window to wait for someone to walk out my food even though the parking lot was empty and I was the only one in the drive thru. The seasoned potatos were not crispy and tasted like they’d been sitting in oil. The worst part was when I unwrapped my sandwich to find mold growing on the bottom of my bun. I will not be back to this location. So gross.

Used mobile ordering ahead of time, I live 5 min away & left immediately, it was 8pm on a Friday. Went to this location no other cars were in line and waited 2 minutes to even have anyone talk at the speaker. Then sat at the window 5 min before anyone greeted me, sat another 15 min to get our food. Our food was cold like cheese not even melted on burgers, cold old fries, cold nuggets, cold chicken sandwich. Didn’t have the right toppings at all on any of them, they forgot the sauce for the nuggets. No napkins and the cola was watered down like the machine needed changed out. The workers were not welcoming and didn’t care at all they were talking and on their phones and standing around. I gave them a second chance and got the same results and even forgot some of our food on top of it. The supervisor or general manager need to be there to oversee what’s going on and teach these workers how to actually work, and or just hire people that actually care about people, them getting what they pay for (especially when it costs so much now), and care about their job.

I ordered a large Frosty around 8:00 or 8:30 pm on Wednesday May 18 at the Dussel Road Wendy’s. No one in the lobby, no one other than myself at drive up. I ordered a large chocolate Frosty. Paid at first window. I get to second window the guy tells me would you take a strawberry Frosty we are out of chocolate Frosty. I said no really I ordered a chocolate Frosty. He walks away and a girl gets off her cell phone steps in goes to the machine and proceeds to pour a chocolate Frosty into the cup. He absolutely lied to me! I got no lid or napkins took my Frosty and drove away. Seriously, kid if you don’t want to work go home.

Must be really really hard to try to make 1 order right when I’m the only customer on the lot. I ordered 2 biggie bags and 2 drinks. You guys forgot my drinks you went back to make them. But only to make them wrong. I had to wait 10 to 15 mins. For my order and my food was still cold. You guys are horrible.

Check your order before you drive away. I tried to verify with the order taker at window #1 that it was correct. None of what I got at window #2 was what I ordered (and also too late to drive back) and it was only two items. Two chances to get one thing right. 🙁

I just left this Wendy’s location on Dussel and the service was horrible! I ordered a Asiago Chicken with bacon. My chicken sandwich had only chicken, cheese and sauce. There was no bacon, tomatoes or lettuce which is how the sandwich was suppose to be. The employees are rude and inconsiderate. Very disappointed
