Ordered ahead on the app to pickup via drive thru. I get to the drive thru – guy who spoke as quiet as a mouse says the drive thru is closed and I need to park at a pump and walk in. Walked in – order wasn’t ready. Had to yell my order at the one other employee because she couldn’t hear me with an airpod in. If youre in a hurry at all. avoid this location at all costs.

I attempted to place an order through drive through and the person on the headset was so rude I couldn’t even place my order with out being interrupted and given an attitude. Told her to keep her attitude and went to a dunkin location where I was treated much better. Tried to call to speak to a manager but this dunkin appearantly doesn’t answer their phones. Recommend going to another location if you can. No one goes to dunkin donuts to be treated or disrespected like that.

FEB 16TH 12:30 -12:40 PM . I was the only customer inside and I ordered TWO items, BOTH items BIG FAIL. Frozen drink I asked for extra caramel on bottom, sides and top it was only put on the top.. So I asked the cashier if I could have some caramel so I can do it myself, she gave me some no problem. Now five minutes go by and I’m still standing there so I’m asked is that your order on the screen??obviously I’m the Only one here !! So now she makes the sausage egg and cheese on croissant ya the girl who failed making the drink starts the sandwich ‍♀️ finally get my sandwich.. when I open it I notice the croissant is CHARCOAL, BURNT TO A CRISP!! in the trash it went. If I didn’t have to go pick up my son from school I would of went back in and told her TO EAT IT.. She knew the thing was burnt and didn’t care gave it to me anyway, She definitely did it on purpose because I said she made my drink wrong.. cashier was very pleasant and should probably be doing both jobs !! Get rid of little girl with no personality she can’t cook , can’t make drinks and has no people skills. If you keep her you should retrain her!!
