Delicious food and very small ma and pop feel. House made sauces too. We ate inside since it wasn’t busy but the flies were fierce today. Very nice smoke ring present on the Mears. Definitely recommend them getting a fly trap so you can eat more in peace. They do offer picnic tables outside also.

Amazing is all I can say! I’m not a big BBQ person, but this has changed my views! Food was excellent, service was great and atmosphere is your typical BBQ place. We got the smoked chicken, smoked brisket and smoked chicken salad. You can’t go wrong with anything! Highly recommend!

Heard this was a hidden gem and people were right. My meal was a 10/10. I had 3 meat platter and meats were cooked and seasoned perfectly. I only used sauce on the turkey as a dip. Brisket was mouthwatering and the BBQ pork was tangy but good. I’m picky because I eat everywhere in USA , and this compares to KY and SC NC. Smoked baked beans are a must try! Small seating on the inside, but tables are outside. The meats are cooked on smokers out back. Give this place a try. Convient to 264 and not far from Beach.

No sauce needed — ribs are pull-a-part perfect. The rub is on the slightly sweet side, but I bought some on the way out the door. Top quality bark on the brisket and the spicy link was as good as any I’ve had.

6/4/23 date of visit. First of all, this place gets five stars automatically for being open 7 days a week. Post covid, it is hard to find a lot of non chain restaurants open on Sundays. This was my first visit. Spot is not visible from the street, but their IG page gives great directions. I decided to try brisket, baked beans and potatoe salad. Less than $20 which I felt was a fair price. The brisket was moist and I enjoyed the potato salad. The baked beans are a delight. I only saw one gentleman working on the inside and he was very kind to me.

You had me at first taste! I highly recommend “Dave’s BBQ”, so much it has become my regular “go to” for my BBQ craving. Incredible smoked juicy bbq, “next level” smoked baked beans and regular/ spicy coleslaw and more sides. All meals are in ample portion size, as well as the overall cost is worth the quality and quantity. Dave’s BBQ merch is available to purchase when you “Dig the pig” so much you want to wear it. Different smoked BBQ meats are here such as brisket, pork bbq, sausage and more. It’s all BBQ! So DELICIOUS! Don’t walk… RUN; Go get you some Dave’s.

Excellent BBQ with generous portions on their sandwiches! Spicy coleslaw was unique and hit the spot. Brisket was some of the best I have had. Sauces were also on point. Small store with a hidden location in the back. Nicely decorated on the inside with friendly staff.

Holy moly! Stumbled upon this place and boy was I pleasantly surprised! Amazing customer service and even better food!! The staff was very friendly, which is hard to find these days and honestly makes the world of a difference in the experience. The food portions are HUGE, I could only eat half of my meal. The best BBQ in the area by far, and honestly some of the tastiest pulled pork I’ve ever had. Super tender and flavorful. The house-made bbq sauce was tasty, and the potato salad hit the spot. Which they had mac n cheese as a side but honestly I’m not complaining because the corn bread and potato salad did not disappoint!

Brisket is good, sandwich’s are plentiful , was suppose to make it a meal , I got potato salad as my side and orange crush as my drink… my to go bag had no drink… went back into the store to get my orange crush and the guy said it wasn’t rang up with the MEAL DEAL 1side and drink… 0 for customer service.. spent 49$ and got nothing to drink.. gonna be looking elsewhere for bbq for leaving customers thirsty.

I’m currently kicking myself for not finding this oasis sooner in my life. A little hole in the wall BBQ spot off the Boulevard. Went in at 1pm of a Friday and it wasn’t too busy. Ordered the DLB (brisket and pulled pork) with the spicy Cole slaw and a side of the BBQ baked beans. Holy cow, the amount of pork and brisket on this sandwich. I will be eating this sandwich for the next 2 days! The flavors were amazing, the meat was super juicy and tender. Overall just blown away from the experience. Dave’s BBQ now has a new regular customer.
