Apparently The Moo Restaurant replaced the old Pho 86. They offer Pho, seafood and gelato as appeared on business card. I ordered the vietnamese coconut coffee but I dont think they have the blender yet so just gelato on top of coffee. The original store is in Huntington Beach so hopefully they will offer the same drinks and same quality in the future.

The food Was good, But it was over priced, $15 for a small dish of snail. I like desert, so I showed up since there’s so few Restaurant that offer Vietnamese street food plus ice cream. The food is good, but they charge .75 for water. Yes, tap water! Not allowed to bring in your own drinks. Water should be free!
