Taste of NY Pizza was great! The service is amazing from the person who answered the phone for our call in order all the way through pick up. Everyone was super professional and nice. We had the meat lover’s pizza, wings, and cheese sticks. The pizza was really good, my husband liked the wings, and the mozzarella sticks were hot and gooey. We will definitely go back again.

I ordered the lunch special with the pizza! Literally took one bite of the pizza and it was disgusting. Told my waiter about it she go get the manager “Krystal” and I explained to her the food was nasty, let me remind you I eat here on a regular and never had any problems in the past! I’ve worked in a restaurant before I know if a customer complains about something you make it right with the customer. She says the only thing she could do was give me “10% off” my pizza, what’s $1.10 off a meal ??? When any other food place, would allow you to replace it with something else on the menu with out a problem and without an attitude. I would’ve been ok about it if I could’ve replaced my food with something else but I’m forced to pay for something and literally cut one slice of pizza in half and took 1 bite… and the pizza was cold ! NEVER AGAIN !!! Do better!!!

Came here after poor service at a local diner that we were not served at after sitting for long while. This place had very fast service, food came very quickly. Food was good and staff was friendly , would definitely eat here often. they also offer a cash discount when I paid my bill I found out.

3 of the 4 got sick. Now, we are a family of 4 and she asked if we would like to sit in the small booths. 3 dollar drinks and you have to get them yourself. Entrees not worth the price, for the size or taste. We each tried each others food except 1 of us. The one common food between the 3 that got sick would be the lasagna. I did not look at my ticket, so I did not see the 2 extra drinks and a surcharge of 4%. I would have changed that. Family of 4 and we didn’t even get refills. 6 drinks? If the surcharge was for using my card to pay, I would have paid cash if I was told about the charge first. You don’t have a chance of us coming back. I’ll drop a hundred dollars at one of the other restaurants in town.

Well it’s not my cup of tea but if you like the disk sausage on your pizza instead of real country sausage then this pizza might be for you. The crust was cooked perfect! The young waitress kind of forgot about us and left my glass empty which makes it hard to eat hot pizza! I would sadly say domino’s pizza might be better which is a.sad statement to make!!

My wife and I ordered Shrimp Alfredo without looking at the menu. Waitress asked if we wanted a salad. We both said no. BTW, she failed to tell us it included salads. Her question should have been, what kind of dressing would you like on your salads. After we ate, she brought the check. I asked what was this $1.86 for? Her answer…. since we opted for no salads, they HAD TO GIVE US… EXTRA BREAD. Four pieces of bread instead of two. We each had only eaten one with our meal. I told her we didn’t want extra bread, and we hadn’t eaten the two extra slices that they were forcing us to pay for. There was no manager on duty, so I told the cashier that I was not going to pay for something I didn’t order. She yelled at me and said it was their policy. Several times. I told her to get a good look at my face because she would never see us there again. I payed her and left. As I left, I cautioned a person coming in about what they had done. When I got to my car in the parking lot, the obese cashier stuck her head out the door and yelled at me. She screamed if you don’t like our service that don’t come back. My only response was, I’ve already told you I won’t be back. I spotted another employee walking towards the restaurant. I asked her if she was the manager and she said no but he was next door and she would get him. She came back and said he was busy right now and that she was supposed to get the story from me. So I

Our family was in town visiting friends. I went into the door to the restaurant since the door to the left for takeout pickup was closed and while paying, a young man (delivery person) came in and went into the kitchen doors saying “this f..k..g messed up my order”. Immediately a young blonde employee covered her mouth in disbelief and said “I’m sorry” and I said “me too” and then the young man came out from the swinging doors. As he left the outside doors, he leaned back in as I was exiting and said “what is the address” and I responded with “maybe they’ll f-up your address” and he proceeded to laugh. I said “it’s not funny” as I exited the door! This young man represents your business and I understand non of the managers where on the premises tonight! What a shame that those that need and deserve time off have people like this disrespecting your business! I don’t know who could hear this young man from inside the restaurant, but this was disrespect to everyone and not impressive to anyone, not even the young ladies!
