I came to enjoy a birthday dinner for my good friend. It was her first time going there and my second. She was immediately impressed with the atmosphere. We were really excited to try everything on the menu. We ordered fried calamari and burrata as an app. We also ordered the pizza which is delicious. I highly recommend getting any pizza they all look good. I think ordered the salmon and she ordered the chicken. Both were delicious. We cleaned the plates. Overall it was a bit pricey but i believe it’s because of the name of the place. I would definitely come back for another occasion.

An underwhelmingly expensive dinner. The place is beautiful. The outside is a rustic, historic, colonial building with valet parking. The inside is decorated with a mix of modern farm house meets sexy NYC modern cocktail lounge. Very dimly lit and spacious. Their downstairs had a really off-putting, putrid smell which we luckily were seated far away from. Our 7:45 pm reservation wasn’t seated until 8:10 pm.

We passed by this place many times and finally got to try the food. We also had dinner at Jean Georges in NYC before and this one at this location did not disappoint. They have valet parking which is very convenient. The firewood smell was very pleasant when we arrived here. We enjoyed the food and drink very much, especially the salmon sushi, roasted beets and butternut squash soup. My husband is extremely good at cooking steaks and many places we went to don’t do as good job as him. The beef tenderloin was very good here. The service was great and quick. The place is spacious. The price is reasonable for the quality of food and service. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious, but the service seriously lacked attentiveness.

Service and atmosphere great. I’ve spent the entire morning after eating my anniversary dinner there with shooting gut pain and the runs. Chef couldn’t even hit medium well on a burger. Get a ham sandwich at a decent deli, you’ll be better off. Off to the bathroom, again.

What a gorgeous and delicious spot!! Had an amazing time here. The food and service were really great. Ambiance is so cozy and classy. Noticed diverse guests, which is always a great sign.

Actually passed it, and had to turn around, because I mistook it for a house. Valet parking. Modern and quaint. Entire staff lovely. Sat right in front of the fireplace. Great dishes. We tried the French toast, the chicken entree, calamari, salmon appetizer, and caramel ice cream with homemade whipped cream, chocolate drizzled popcorn, and nuts. Also cocktails & coffee. Everything was wonderful. Can’t wait to go back for dinner.

We were able to make a same-day reservation for the lounge. We went in for drinks and snacks, essentially. Everything was very good. The menu had a few vegetarian options. The menu was just a tad dated, with the flavor combinations and ingredients that were super popular in the fine dining places a couple of years ago. Service was fine. The cocktail menu was interesting, and the drinks were very good, although the presentation was not very creative. The crowd was upscale, the dress code was business casual. The ambiance was nice (although as a personal preference I don’t like TVs with sports on them — for me, that detracts. As good as it gets 50 miles outside of the city.

I was really excited to try out the Inn, having gone to other Jean-George restaurants. Reservations were made for 7:30 and we weren’t seated until 8:15, it was busy and I didn’t mind. The drinks were delicious! They sat us in the very back of the dining area even though there were plenty of other seats available. I can go on and on about the lack of service, delay in receiving our dishes and the subpar quality, but I won’t. Overall, not great and not going back.

After reading reviews, it seemed like it would be a hit or miss. Our night, the food was a hit. The service was so-so. Server was really great in the beginning, but as it got busy, our server was hard to get a hold off. The bussers were more helpful. However, the food was amazing. We ordered the calamari and sweet pea guacamole, which were delicious. The chili sauce that comes with the calamari was light and looked as though it was whipped. I ordered the pork wrapped in prosciutto, and the mushroom sauce was the most delicious part. Everyone at the table thought the vegetables of their dishes were just as good as the proteins, if not better. The sirloin with the chili butter was melt in your mouth tender. And the salmon was perfectly cooked. Definitely would recommend making a reservation.
