The bag was crunchier than my lettuce in my side Caesar salad. The largest piece of lettuce was rotten and not green at all. The pictures prove how old the lettuce was. This was the first time and the very last that I come to this establishment. Just to think I was going to order a big Caesar salad. I would have had to waste that whole salad like I did the side and that small cup was $2.75. I paid $2.75 for old lettuce! I also got a Mediterranean salad and substituted the olives for avocado. I honestly thought it was going to be fresh pieces of avocado in the salad but nope. A big glob of ancient avocado was finally waiting to be eaten on top of the salad. I would not have cared if it was a glob of fresh avocado but I guess Noodles & Company does not know what fresh is. They should stick to noodles if they do not know how to serve fresh lettuce, I’m just saying. I should have taken myself to California burger or Longhorn Steakhouse . #TheDissapointment

We had to send food back multiple times because the cook continued to add mushrooms even though we ordered without, due to an allergy. The cashier was incredibly rude the second time we had to send it back, demanding that we dig out the mushrooms to show her. This used to be my go-to for lunch but the last 2-3 experiences here have been poor.

never been so not sure what to expect. 330 on a Thursday . Not busy. first impression walking in smells a little like sour mop. Very dirty inside, floors, front counter where ordering, table are sticky and you can see dried rings from cups. Coke dispenser is filthy. Condiment area filthy. Food nothing to write home about. not much flavor, dry and hardly any broccoli, mushrooms, carrot etc. Got the Pan noodles. 11$ with a tip. Will I get ill from the food, no. Would I go back again, no. You can tell a lot about a restaurant by the way they keep their dining room. If they don’t clean the part the customers see, what does the part we don’t see look like. Try one of the Thai restaurants in the vicinity.

Decided to try the zucchini noodles as pad Thai gluten free low carb was my goal. Got the regular size It tasted okay not great. It definitely needed more noodles and meat. It was like a noodle shortage. The people were and service was good. I was very confused when i went to use the restroom. I was looking for mens or women’s. I don’t know what they have going on there but it was weird. They need to post a tutorial to explain it to folks.

My green curry pasta with shrimp was really good and had a good amount of spice. I loved that the shrimp was bite size not salad sized. Its my time here so I did not know what to expect. My family enjoyed the pasta as well. Mac and cheese with bacon is good for the little ones. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom could have used a little cleaning but otherwise I enjoy the experience.

Placed order on the app and substituted for gluten free noodles. My order online shows this substitution but then when I picked up I was surprised to see the gluten free noodles on the side. It seems there was an error on the app for the substitution that didn’t go through to their system correct. When I asked them to fix it, the manager berated me and said it was my fault and I just didn’t know what I was doing. I showed her my order and she continued to berate me in front of her staff and customers while another staff member remade it. Definitely not an appropriate response to the situation. I definitely don’t recommend this location if this is acceptable behavior from a manager.

Usually live this place. Went tonight. Got the pesto dish with chicken as a combo with a rice crispy treat. 20 bucks. For that I was served a piece of chicken that I had to cut myself. And mushrooms that were awful. Most were raw some were slimy. Had to actually grab a mushroom and break it when she tried to tell me it was cooked.

The eggs in the pad Thai were completely burnt. I had to throw out half of it. Over the years, this location seems to struggle with making the food correctly. I really hate driving all the way to the Carmel location but I guess that’s what I’ll do until these problems with the cooks are fixed. If you order from this location, I highly recommend you check your food before you leave!
