They were short staffed. Attentive and friendly for being behind though. The food is good but not excellent. Pretty similar to jersey Mike’s. The bread is lacking a bit imho too chewy and bland. The fries and sweet tea are great. I would go back. I’m definitely not rushing right back in. Inside is a bit tight and bland. Could have used a good bit of attention. Staff was busy helping customers, they can’t be everywhere at once. So I was understanding of that.

I always order online and pick up. I literally have never had an issue in the 3 years I have been ordering from this location (Plainfield IN). My order is always ready by the time given when I placed the order. My sandwich is always prepared correctly, and is hot and fresh when I pick up. I honestly have not ordered from other Penn Stations in the Indy area, so I can’t speak on how they might compare.

It was very good! I asked for extra crispy fries but didn’t expect to get burnt to a crisp fries! If you get them the regular way then they aren’t done enough! My normal penn station cooks them just right when I say extra crispy! Other than that the sandwich was really good! I guess it was my fault for not asking if extra crispy means burnt to a crisp lol

The $5 Philly Steak special was nothing close to the one pictured in their ad. Theirs shows meat and veggies, so ample, they were falling out of the bread. I had to open my sandwich all the way up, to find any meat, cheese and veggies. The sandwich wasn’t even as big around as my wrist To their credit, what little I did get was very tasty. If it hadn’t been for the good favor, I wouldn’t have given it the one star for taste.

While this Penn Station in the outside looks okay. There is a Shift Manager with long black dreadlocks. Every time I come in he is always itching and scratching his entire body. He doesn’t wash his hands. This is while the GM and Owner is with him. I think it’s a simple fix. Allow him to wash is hands before touching any food product.

Went in around 930 at night and was very pleased with the service. Usually just before close restaurants service or quality can suffer but the guys in there were very polite and the food was great. The restaurant and dining are was very clean and orderly. Overall it was a pleasant experience and great way to spend my lunch break.

Manager was nice while taking our orders, but the young lady handing out food was rude and seemed to not want to be there. I asked for a cup of mayonnaise from the prep line, for my fries, and she brings me a packet. I kindly asked her again and explained that I don’t like ketchup and I want it for my fries, and she proceeded to say that’s not my problem and brought me one more packet. I have never been so embarrassed in my life.
