We ordered the pizza heart shaped and accidentally ive bit in the pizza box and i couldnt tell the difference when i actually bite in the pizza. They only offer it in thin crust but i wouldn’t recommend for nothiiiiiiiing in the world. We also had chicken wings that were soggy as hell. Full of grease.. almost vomit….. really disappointed…..

I’ve ordered 3 times over 3 week period from this restaurant and my orders have been messed up every time. First 2 times the pizza dough was still raw and un edible. Today 7/1/22 I ordered Spicy Italian trio and they forgot to put pepperonis and banana peppers on it. Then I take a bite and they put the wrong sauce on it. It’s suppose to come with just regular tomato sauce but someone put white sauce instead. The workers their are incompetent and careless and just don’t care. That’s my opinion from the 3 times I’ve ordered from there.

I just now did an online order for a New York style XL pepperoni pizza. They took my car over the phone and it went through but they said it declined. Don’t order from here. They are thieves and I really hope they shut down cuz this is ridiculous. So now I got to make a plan through my bank

Ordered my food around 9 pm today. After about 30 to 45 minutes I checked to see where my food was. No one would answer the phone. At one point someone picked up the phone just to put the phone down and heard a conversation about a DoorDash driver not getting tipped the whole night. I sat on that phone for about 10 plus minutes and listened. I hung up and called back still no answer. So basically they took my money and wouldn’t even answer to give me a refund. Now I have to wait until the next day to get my money back. Worse experience ever. Very unprofessional!!!

Ordered through the app. Got charged. Delivery took over an hour even though theyre right up the street from me. Driver tried to charge me twice saying i needed to pay for my food before he could give it to me. Even though my card already showed it was charged. Then he left. I called the manager,he apologised and said they would remake my order and send it back out. Its been over an hour since then. Now they wont answer my calls. So ive been charged for food i never got and been liad too. If it was possible id give em a zero star rating smh

I used to love Papa John’s. And I haven’t been to this particular location in a while. Was not very clean in tiny lobby area. Took a minute to get order, but the two guys working were super nice and did the best they could. Understaffed. Food not as good. Not the prep, the recipe.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst PapaJohns I have ever had. Food was greasy, undercooked, the new Doritos papadia didn’t taste like ANYTHING. Got a delivery they forgot the sauces then asked the driver he said in the box. Terrible. Management get ahold of your restaurant. Will never go again and will let everyone know about this place. Delivery time said 57 minutes and it actually took almost double that. One of the toppings we ordered was missing from the pizza and none of the sauces we ordered and paid for were delivered and when we asked delivery guy he just shrugged and left.

I am writing this review because I feel very disrespected. I ordered a pizza from here a couple of hours ago to be delivered to my job. I got a text alert saying the delivery was on its way. I checked again, and saw the pizza was delivered. My boss went outside and found my pizza ON THE CONCRETE on top of a pile of old cigarette butts, outside of the establishment. The delivery driver did not have the decency to open the door and set it on the counter.

Should have read the reviews first I guessed. Tried to order in store and ran my card 3 times. Claimed it wasn’t going through. Looked at my bank website and it showed 3 pending charges. Evidently got some “manager” wanting me to run the card again….H no!!!. Told them the charges better drop off or they will see me again. Never going there again. Went right down the parking lot to Little Caesar. In and out 2 min. And no running the card 3times. Plus cheaper. Never again.
