Ordered this through the app. When did they stop making pies round? I asked for grilled chicken? There is enough here to put in the palm of my hand to eat as a snack. I ask for Alfredo sauce as my base. Where is it at? What i see is red tomato sauce. This is not a pie. This is a disgrace of John’s pizza. Please put more effort into making his Pizzas please. Ordered from here instead of Domino’s due to not having my wallet and their online app allowing Google Pay. Got wings and two large pizzas totaling 52 dollars. The wings were great and one of the pizzas was alright, but in what world is it okay to have 2 to 3 inches of crust.

Apparently the AC is out so they are closed. There is no sign or voicemail on the phone. I understand keeping staff safe with this heat but how hard is it to put up a sign on the door or setting a voicemail explaining the situation. Things happen but this is just laziness.

Our experience has been awesome! We have our highs & lows.. but when it comes down too it… they are the more consistent in Dickson. Please make the Pepperoni jack-o-lantern pizzas thicker. They aren’t very appealing. Although the decor was awesome!

I ordered the pizza and cheese sticks today, but it not the same like used to be. Cheese sticks was look like bread sticks and all the cheese was in center. We have been ordering the pizza from dickson location of papa johns, But last three times we had really bad experience, the way they Cook the pizza, it does not taste the same. Ordered some pizzas on my sisters account on her app. Ordered 5 cups of ranch and 2 extra cups of pizza sauce. I know it is not a big thing but when you pay extra for them then you should get them. Spent an hour on the phone on hold and was not able to get a single person on the phone. Do better. This was in Dickson, TN.
