We asked for 2 16oz frappes 3 times. Confirmed when we paid that our order was correct. We received 1 large frappe. When we asked what was going on and if we could get our correct order, they proceeded to make a 16oz frappe and charged me for it as well as the large I didn’t want “because they already handed it out”. Now I have a large coffee I don’t want and I’m being charged for it. The server had a horrible attitude about it too. We own a restaurant. A customer shouldn’t pay for your mistake and your attitude.

The way the senior staff treats the other workers here is ridiculous. I’ve been in retail for 30 yrs, and I have never been treated the way I witnessed one girl being treated there today. The owner should really look into the attitude of “management ” here. I felt terrible for the young girl being belittled by her supervisor. If the workers here can’t handle a morning rush and be professional, they need to leave. I won’t be back to this business. I thought Spearfish was better than that.

To the owner: if you are going to be open till 6, serve your whole menu till 6. I was just in at 4:45 and your staff couldn’t make a deluxe waffle because the toaster ovens were shut down. I owned a coffee shop and this mentality for customer service will surely drive people away, unacceptable. If you have a legitimate reason, please explain.

The staff is always kind and helpful. The service was speedy (it was only like five minutes) and they still gave me and my friend coupons for “the long wait.” The coffee was SO AMAZING! The waffle I ordered was warm and delicious, and they made sure it was without Nutella like I asked! Excellent service from kind employees! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a coffee shop.
