I will never order from any papa John’s again. I’m assuming there’s been some huge corporate change where stores are more using an overseas call center to take orders, and effing DOORDASH to deliver. My pizza sat for 30 minutes waiting for doordash to pick it up. It was beyond cold by the time it got to me. What a horrific business decision.

The pizza and garlic knots came luke warm at best. It’s also never cut properly. I tried to call the store and I was on hold for a few minutes then the call dropped. I called right back and was put on eternal hold. I finally gave up. So, I put my review here. We might have to go somewhere else from now on.

The larger woman working night shift was quite rude, she tried to give us a cold pizza that was already on the shelf, saying it was ours when we had ordered a three meat. the pizza attempted to be given to us was pepperoni. We left and did not pay her/him. Wouldn’t recommend coming here after 10-11,

If I choose pizza, I will always choose Papa John’s. Their stuff just tastes better. But there is another reason I choose this location: Customer Service. Every single time I come here, I’m greeted with a giant smile and a warm welcome. And the manager here is super cool and approachable. I love her style too . She makes sure that she cultivates a culture of kindness and respect. That’s rare in today’s food industry, oddly enough. So I will continue to patronize this establishment for as long as I live in salt lake.

The pizza we ordered to a work meeting was requested to be square, what showed up was so comically bad I was impressed the person cutting the pizza had the audacity to say yeah you know what, let’s send that out. It looks like they cut it traditionally then angrily attacked it for being cut the wrong way with some vertical slashes. Thanks for the professional impression.
