I ordered the big New Yorker. I have had it in before. It was great. Ordered it today and it was not “Big” and it looked terrible and tasted worse. It was so over cooked that the crust crumbled when I bit into the pizza. No quality control or care about the product they put out. Very disappointing.

Love the wings but last time I ordered them they basically gave them to me dry. Was very disappointed when I got home and opened the box. Other than that I’ve never had any problems, their curbside pick up is usually pretty efficient.

I’m not normally a big Pizza Hut fan. My wife wanted to try this hut in CS. It was the closest to our hotel. I ordered a Hawaiian chicken with bbq sauce. This pizza was freak’n awesome!!! Would highly recommend this Hut!

Multiple times I have placed my order online for curb side and I have been left waiting well past my order time. I can see that the order is ready and that the workers are not at the moment busy, but yet they still ignore a paying customer and their order. Eventually I had to get off and grab the order myself which at first the worker was confused and said they didn’t have an order under that name. I could clearly see on the screen that it said ready. I would understand if any business was really busy or even understaffed but seeing that this wasn’t the case it’s frustrating and unacceptable.

Went to pick up a family pizza dinner box and experienced wonderful customer service. During the past, breadsticks they were making fell off the stove and extended the wait. The manager offered a free soda and made the order. They even through in extra breadsticks. The service was wonderful today, thank you so much!

Not sanitary at all, I saw this guys fixing my food while waiting outside, it was not only my food they were fixing, but other’s food as well, WITH NO MASKS ON, and who knows what else they do in there that is not sanitary, when the person brought our food outside we let him know that, and asked for our money, he was not happy at all, he went back inside and told everyone, one of the guys even walked towards the door while not wearing a mask, my guess is too see who we were, anyways I will not be back to this place, so nasty and not worthy place, I hope you know this gentlemen and let them know it is not cool what they are doing in there.
