Since when is 9:30 10pm. Went to get something to eat and the drive through and lounge is closed 30 minutes or more before scheduled closing time. I used to work at fast food. You can start cleaning 30 minutes before closing time, not shutdown the whole place. If it says closes at 10 it closes at 10 not when you feel like it, wish I didn’t have to put a star up just to make a review but this is ridiculous. They don’t even deserve a star. Either there needs to be retraining, a manager that oxides by the closing time or just close your doors for good since closing before your scheduled time is false advertisement.

This place has a strange drive threw but it had the best drink I’ve ever had at any fast food place. Crisp, clean and refreshing. I loved the potato oleys and they taste just as good as when I was a kid. I would go back for the food and drink.

I’m only giving them one star because I have too. My grandma, mom and I all went into this Taco John’s for a late lunch to celebrate an early Mother’s Day. We had the absolute worst experience. First, I walked up to the counter to order my food. I had ordered a cheese quesadilla, large ole, and a large drink. My mom and family then ordered 4 beef tacos and two small ole. We paid, to which the cashier didn’t know how to count change, and then stood there and waited for our drink cups. After we had to ask for our drink cups, we sat down and waited for our food. The taco’s and ole had arrived to the table but I didn’t receive my food. I had went up to the counter after 15 minutes of waiting to ask where my food was and they proceeded to tell me I had received all my food. They then said, “Where is your receipt?”. I showed them, the employee then proceeded to slam a tortilla on the grill, throw some cheese in it, and then threw a small ole in the bag. Once the employee slammed the bag down on the counter, I told him I ordered a large ole, he then threw the large ole in the bag and walked away. At this point, I had asked to not receive my food, and asked for a refund to which, they ignored, said I could have my food to go and walked away. Once I got my food, because they practically shoved it in my face, I had taken two bites of my cheese quesadilla to realize it wasn’t even cooked all the way. This was the worst customer service I have ever received, not to mention their cleanliness was subpar. I will not be going back to a Taco John’s for a very long time.

I’m so disappointed with the store. I used to come here all the time the food was always great. But it’s been awhile since I’ve been to any taco John’s. I ordered a grilled beef taco and my cheese wasn’t even melted. The ole’s tasted like the oil hasnt been changed in a while. They were super bitter. I ordered a chicken quesadilla for my little boys to share and it wasn’t even cut the way it should be. We also ordered couple churros and donut bites. The churros were definitely overcooked and the donut bites are usually fluffy roundish bites and these were flat and doughy.

I know the greasy food isn’t good for you or probly even real anymore these days, but the ole’s were good crunchy and over seasoned how I like it. And service was good and followed special orders as well.

I have personally never had a bad experience at this taco john’s. My food is always hot, fresh and quickly served. My orders have never been wrong at this location either. Pretty impressive and one of the best fast food places here in town.

Their new quesodiilos whatever it’s called is deceivingly small. If you were thinking about trying them….DONT!!!. I got the beef version and I’m glad I didn’t waste more on the chicken. 2 of them in a combo for $8. My desire for some oles clouded my judgement. I so disappointed in myself. The lack of quality/size of this product doesn’t justify the cost.
