It’s always a pleasure to visit this Moe’s location. I ordered two bowls yesterday around 5:30. The atmosphere was welcoming. I did a pickup online order. Soon as I walked in the door, the young gentleman smiled and walked my food around the counter, and told me I was ready, and thanked me for coming. I noticed I didn’t ordered the 2nd bag of chips to go with one of my bowls, he assured me he would take of it.

Guy was super rude to people in front. Food was undercooked, hardly anything on it, only a handful of ships for 2 meals… they closed 30 min early and just stared when asked through a closed door for at least a refund. Definitely won’t be back to this one.

Every single experience at this particular location is just not great. Every single time something is wrong. It’s not an occasional experience, it’s a constant one. We just ordered nachos and there is no chips at all what so ever. Not even with the other item where we opted for chips on the side as well. Proceeded to call and see if we can at least get a refund partial or if I can have the order redone and I will come get it. Of course the phone call rings twice and hangs up. I understand food business is not not an easy job. However there is a difference between accidentally making a few mistakes and constantly giving zero effort in what you are doing.

My first visit…My food was good and I especially liked that it was made fresh right in front of me…the prices were not bad either. Got dinner for two for 25.00…and I had leftovers.
