Me and my partner come here all the time it’s the closest thing ever to us but it’s good when the ladies are there i got a frozen mocha and it looks nothing like the picture. Had to ask for whipped cream when that’s already included? I could’ve gone to McDonald’s seriously. But i recommend only coming here in the mornings.

The only reason for 5 stars was because Ivan. He is a manager trainee and he is awesome! He says the plan is for him to be near my city so I hope everything goes well because we could use you at our local DD. This location is very well presented and well kept, although the only issue i did have was i had to wait quite a few minutes before asking an employee about my drink which they then had to ask me again for the order so they could find/ make it. Outside of that, the cashier was very nice, and they definitely are working very well because this store was also busy when i was in there. Would recommend.

Doughnuts are always fresh and those doughnut holes are dangerous! Lines are long and I have consistency seen people waiting for picking orders while the orders are ready behind the icecream counter. This is not great service or good for business, franchisee can increase sales with better and faster service. Simply call out the names every few minutes for pickup orders. Use your IT team to develop an app for orders being picked up where people can check-in when they are in the store. I recommend doughnut lovers checkout the doughnut decoration kits for kids, I am going to bring them for my newphews and neices! The small kit contains 4 plain doughnuts, 3 tubs of sprinkles, and 3 flavors of frosting (strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate). Something fun for adults or children!

Real Property
This man insisted that I didn’t place my order online and didn’t hit confirm lol. Only to then realize His printer ran out of paper. He asked me for my order three times and when I gave it to him he couldn’t understand or wasn’t listening. He was incredibly rude to me didn’t even apologize for making me wait for my order for over 30 minutes. All I had was an avocado toast. This man is completely incompetent and to top it all off he got mad at me instead of being polite and apologizing! He’s clearly in the wrong industry that’s not how we do business here. HE DOSENT CHANGE HIS GLOVES I noticed that while standing there for so LONG waiting for my order!! I’m kind of scared to eat my food it’s really disgusting!! I just left no point in arguing with this Man, i’m appalled by his behavior! after he eventually gave me my order I just snapped a picture and he said he didn’t care if I submitted a review online!

Been here several times. Only gotten worse. No help. Half the trays for donuts were empty. Employee’s pants were almost on floor. He had absolutely zero interest in doing anything. Took him a good 5 minutes to get a small coffee for person in front of me, telling her she couldn’t get a large until more coffee was made. Then when I got to order, you couldn’t hear him . He was mumbling so quietly it was impossible to hear. Lackluster at best. After I ordered, I had to repeat several times cause he forgot. There was about 8 people just waiting to order, Dunkin and Baskin. Its a combo shop. Eventually a 2nd employee came from in back telling another customer, I can’t find it, so we are out. Not sure what that was about. People just said, Well I want refund. I understand that it’s a rough time for getting people to work. This was at around 5 pm on a weekday.
