My favorite restaurant in the area. I absolutely love the pho. Ingredients always taste fresh. My husband always gets the curry, and he’s happy the whole time he’s eating it. My complaint is that they’re not open every single time I want to go which is often. Wonderful people too. Thanks Sprouts for being awesome.

Just okay. I wish the tofu was marinated longer in sauce. When you bite into it, it’s very bland. Presentation is beautiful, and I’m happy with the portion!

Consistently delicious. One of Bethels hidden gems. Little to no advertising and the humble Vietnamese restaurant is almost at capacity on a warm Tuesday afternoon. Food is prepared and served quickly, all is delicious. The mango sticky rice is a confusing delight. Picking food up or dining in, can’t go wrong with this spot.

I’ve been coming here for years and years- it’s one of the best places to eat in Bethel, if not the whole Danbury area! The food has been consistently delicious. I’m vegan and it has great options for us! For example, on their banh mi sandwich, they will ask if you want vegan mayo or the regular. Their veggie/tofu spring rolls are delicious! The employees are friendly, and the pick-up time is typically short. Only thing is that they’re not open on weekends – I understand it, but I’d love to have their food on weekends as well!

Well this is quite the little hidden gem that has fantastic Vietnamese food at very affordable prices. If you’re a vegatarian or vegan you’ll love this place, but meat eaters should take pleasure in some amazing dishes like pork banh-mi or grilled beef spring roles.

We found this place as a “cheap eat” along our detour off 84 traffic.PHO! i got Hot/sweet/sour soup and it really helped me feel restored after a day of driving! Chicken tastes marinated and is grilled to perfection! Fresh spring rolls helped me trick my dinnermate into eating salad!! So good!!

Ive been going to sprouts for almost a year now and it’s by far my absolute favorite place in bethel to eat. The Chicken Pho is amazing!!! The broth is simply to die for. The people there are so kind and the food is always hot when I bring it home to enjoy, even after a 25+ minute ride.
