Placed an online order about 10 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival, I was greeted with that saying “welcome to moes”. I haven’t eaten at moes in about 20 years. I noticed that my order wasn’t ready yet, so I inquired. Their online system was down, so my order didn’t come through. Their employees jumped into action instead of shrugging their shoulders at me. I appreciate that so much…initiative. I pulled up my order on my phone, and an employee took picture of my order and immediately started my order. They were fast and I felt that they cared and valued me as a patron. I understand a diverse people will have a diverse experience while eating here. But as for me and my house, this place went above and beyond. First time eating moes in 20 years and the experience was outstanding. The food was too. Thanks, team Moes at Lee Branch! You guys and gals should get raises. Owner and Manager….take note.

Great location, if a little tricky to get parking without needing to cross traffic. The food is as awesome as you would expect from Moe’s. The staff are consistently good, but my latest time there had one of the quietest guys making the food. He did well but man he needed a little more effort toward projecting his voice in a loud restaurant.

My son got a kids burrito and I got the full adult – yet the there was barely a noticeable difference in sIze and then half the chips tasted burnt and gross. Then could not get my Moe’s rewards. This location is way below the usual Moe’s experience. Corporate Moe’a really needs to come check this one out and address this one. Won’t ever eat at this location again. Love Moe’s but not welcome to Moe’s here again.

Website said order would be ready at 5:50pm I arrived at 5:47pm and was told my order wasn’t ready. At 6:40pm I was told they were still working on my order(just ordered a burrito). I asked for a refund and an employee told me they don’t do refunds so I asked to speak to a manager. Manager apologized and said she could give me a refund and printed out a receipt. It’s been four days and I haven’t got my money back. And after looking at the receipt I was given it’s just that a copy of my receipt nothing about a refund. That’s a horrible way to treat a customer.
