Great place. Nice Mexican atmosphere. Bartenders are friendly, but can be a bit difficult to understand…broken English. Drinks are good. Nice cold beer. Good Margaritas. I’ve only done take out food from here (so far). The food I’ve had is excellent. I’m only giving 4 stars until I dine in to experience fresh from kitchen and service, etc. Highly recommend.

We were seated right away but the wait to even be acknowledge was maybe 15 minutes. That’s when the waitress gave us chips and salsa and said she’ll be with us in a few minutes. Good thing a few is 3 or more. We did get our drinks right away but must have waited another 15 minutes for the food. When I say it on here it doesn’t sound long but when it’s a waiting game and you’re hungry it is very long. We understand it’s not the waitress fault but when they are short staffed, maybe the person seating people could at least bring chips and ask if we want water. Just a suggestion. Food, was excellent.

First time ordering from Polancos. I had a to go order. Some of the friendliest people I have ever been in contact with, what an amazing group of people. From ordering over the phone, to the bartender who checked on my order and the woman who checked me out. While I was waiting for my order to come out, every single employee that walked past me, both front and back of house, asked me if I was being helped and how my day was going. I ordered the Tacos Al Pastor and they were amazing! I cant wait to go back there again. Great experience!

Had lunch here with my pops on a Sunday. It took a while to get chips and salsa and I’m not sure why? Maybe they were between frying batches of chips… I’m not sure, but the couple, seated after us got them immediately and it was like 10+ minutes later and after we ordered, that we got ours. It’s weird to contrast this with how friendly the staff was, and they were very friendly to both my father and I, but the actual service was not.

We went on Father’s Day for a late lunch and it wasn’t that busy. The painted walls inside are so amazing and the patio is decorated beautifully. Loved their gauc and salsa. Have a vegetarian tostada and that was great too.
