My 14-year-old daughter ordered a cheese pizza. She was presented with a pepperoni pizza. Instead of apologizing for the mistake and making her a new one quickly, she told my daughter there was a lot of people in line and she would have a long wait. My daughter left in tears. I went back to see the manager and she screamed at me in the store and told me there were a lot of other customers here.

I went in and asked for a flat crust pizza and they told me they could only give me a normal pepperoni pizza, I agreed because I was starving and hadn’t eaten all day and my pizza was COLD! They are definitely not holding the pizzas at the proper temperature. Not only that my pizza has barely any cheese on it. Also, they don’t carry parmesan anymore…

Bought a pizza for a homeless person and when we opened the box to check the quality it was over cooked. Horrible customer service as well. Had to wait 15 mins for fresh pizza because all others were the same quality.

I just got pepperoni pizza from there and it tasted like it was made yesterday eew even the place smelled like eeew I was very disgusted by the whole thing never going back there again thanks to the lady working there I now hate little Caesars ✌️ I’m thinking someone should put them out of business they don’t seem to care about the business anyway

I’ve been wanting to try the stuff crust pizza. Well after trying it. I wasn’t a fan. Very greasy, you couldn’t take a slice to enjoy. It was just falling apart. After I let it sit for 30 minutes or so it was set. But still greasy!!
