The best part of this experience was the host. He was polite and kind and willing to do things that were above and beyond his job description. It took over 15 minutes for us to be able to order one beer, one coffee, and one piece of cake to go. We decided after the wait for service to NOT order food. The sweet baby Jesus stout was on point, but the first cup of coffee was frigidly cold. The second cup was definitely not fresh but was warm enough to drink so we perservered. The cake was requested as “to go” three SEPARATE times but was sent out plated and then returned in a box.

Came here on a BUSY Saturday night after the world deer expo. The staff was working SO HARD! Would like to shout out a few people for their hard work & effort. One our server (a pretty young lady whose name started with an M and she had shorter hair) was so sweet & worked so diligently. She was so extremely kind!! Also, she introduced herself as Miss ____ (didn’t catch her name) but she worked SO hard running food, bussing tables, filling waters & doing whatever she could to help. She was such a sweet soul & worked so hard! Also, the gentleman who was the manager.. I have so much respect for the way he handled business & the chaotic environment. He was so understanding & patient. thank you to everyone for your hard work!

We tried to get in during March Madness and it was an hour and a half wait, the host wouldn’t even let people in if they wanted to sit at the bar. He also wasn’t keeping a list of people who were waiting. He was hand-selecting who he let allowed in. Incredibly disappointing experience.

Had a reservation … ordered an hour ago and food is still not out . If you know big conventions are at the expo, (look at a calendar) then you should be prepared with staff. Ridiculous

Got to Sheraton on a Saturday afternoon. Wanted to have a beer at Casey’s, but they moved it to The Westin. Got to Westin at 1:45 pm. The place is half full of people and a waiter says we’re closed through the locked door. What kind of bar closes on Saturday afternoon. This is one of the many reasons I don’t like coming to Birmingham.

Don’t go! Manager was rude. The restaurant was filled will patrons, still serving food, but wouldn’t let us in. Unbelievable! Another gentleman left his credit card inside and it was a hassle to retrieve it.

Came to Casey’s before a concert in more than enough time to eat and get to the concert on time. That did not happen. The greeter lady was so very rude as we walked in. She’s definitely not someone you’d want “greeting” you. The air conditioning was broke and we all were sweating in there. Beer we ordered and FINALLY got from the bar (ourselves) was hot. The waitress was HORRIBLE. Took over an hour for our table to get appetizer and burgers. That’s all we ordered. Spoke to the manager. He was rude and very unapologetic for all the situations we experienced while there with staff and service. Will NEVER go back here and would never recommend this place to anyone going to the Birmingham area. Oh, and we were late getting to the concert. I’d give them a zero star!

This is honestly one of the worst places to get food in Birmingham. If you are staying at the Sheraton hotel, do NOT get any meal here simply because of its convenience. The food is mediocre and the prices are outrageous; somebody needs to tell management that you can’t charge over $15 for a crappy quesadilla, it’s not like we’re in New York or anything. The service is exceptionally poor as well. Called in an order and stated that I wanted fries and they left it out. After I picked it up I said that I wanted a diet Pepsi with no ice and the server handled me a regular Pepsi with ice. When I realized this I walked back and stated again that I wanted a diet Pepsi with no ice, and the server handed me a regular Pepsi yet again but with no ice. If I could give this place lower than one star I would. Do NOT eat here.
