I was severely disappointed. I love my caramel bruele but customer service is bad. They can not help you if you make a mistake when ordering. There are better places to get a coffee.

We go to Starbucks as a treat, and enjoy a consistent beverage. This location’s staff is always friendly, and the drinks are indeed consistent. Not sure what to think about homeless occasionally sleeping at the tables inside, that’s a tough thing for management to deal with without angering someone. Such is life in the Pacific Northwest these days!

The Barista had TERRIBLE customer service. I walk up to the counter and she just stares at me…NO GREETING, NO “hello”…NOTHING!!! Just a rude look like I was bothering her. I then just stared back, said “WOW!” and walked away. I personally think it’s just rude AF to not say a damn thing when greeting a customer. I will never return to this Starbucks because it’s ALWAYS something at the particular one.

Just was helped by Kyla and Madissyn (I’m so glad I wrote that spelling down!) at the stand inside Safeway. They were both very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to everyone they were serving even though they were getting slammed when I was there. Great location so I can grab lunch at Safeway and a frappe at the same time! Thanks for the holiday cup!
