Where do I begin, oh yeah with the truth!! Flies kept introducing themselves. Cob webs in the window sill. Paper plates and cups and plastics utensils. No more fountain drinks in cups. Oh let me not forget no ice for the 20 oz drinks you get out of the cooler. The pizza was very under cooked doughy!! The one good thing was the waitress she was FANTASTIC!!! Pizza Hut in Monroe needs to shut down and be reintroduce to pre COVID!! I have eaten here so many times in the past but, I’m sad to say I will not be going back!!!

pizza they gave me was a joke; it was more crust than anything; manager tells me that’s how mediums suppose to look but I’ve been eating there since I was a kid and I’ve never in my life seen such a mess. Very disappointed bc she’s work there since I was a child so for her to lie n pretend that’s how it should look was crazy to me ; crust dry ; u take one bite and all you have left is crust it was thrown together

Cashier/Manager was clearly drunk. She couldn’t find anyone in lines orders that were clearly in the warmer behind her. She would take payment from one guest, then open up every single box and peek inside, not once washing her hands. Our pizzas were made with no effort. All four corners of the square pizzas had no toppings and barely any sauce or cheese. Requested extra sauce and extra hut seasoning on the crust. Crust was dry, no extra anything. So on an eight piece pizza, half of both were nothing but crusty corner pieces. Terrible experience for everyone I saw and it seemed like everyone was waiting twice as long as quoted for their orders. The ceiling was leaking into two trash cans in the dining room. It hadn’t rained that day. Did I mention the cashier/ Manager was clearly drunk????? Pizza Hut needs to find some new management and employees. I quit going to the one in Walnut Grove before they closed, for terrible quality and service. Looks like Monroe is next.

Pizza Hut to the rescue!!! I tried twice to order from domino’s to have a pizza delivered. Each time my order was cancelled. I called to find out what was the deal and was informed that my area is not safe. I live right up the street from the police department, get delivers from Walmart 3 or more times a week, with occasional pickups. Plus I get delivers from Amazon. I’ve never been told that. I also live in a small town, so if my area is unsafe the whole town is and domino’s shouldn’t even have a store in my city.

DO NOT go to the Pizza Hut in Monroe GA! They will not bring your food to you in your car like they say. They do not cut your pizza like they are suppose to. They didn’t even cut the . cookie! They have really bad customer service and the food wasn’t even as advertised. The “Big New York ” Double Peperoni Pizza they offer barely even had any peperoni on it.

Ordered delivery at 4:30. At 6:45 we still didnt receive our order but at 5:15 I got a text saying it was out for delivery. Went up to the store at 6:55 and the pizza was still in the warmer and had been in there almost two hours. This is the third time this has happened. We will not be ordering here again. The ladies were very nice though.

Go somewhere else. Has to be the worst Pizza Hut. Ordered thin and crispy extra pepperoni and half sausage. Had barely any pepperoni and so much cheese that it wasn’t cooked. Pasta had so much sauce, no cheese (they must’ve used it all on the pizza). Breadsticks were undercooked. Never again.

Pizza dough was proofed. Oven isn’t working probably. Raw uncooked pizza. Messing order up 4 times. Brought wrong pizza. Took over 85 minutes to bring pizza that was 6 minutes away. Kitchen dirty, workers in the back don’t care and was taking their time after being told to make the order. Cinnamon stick uncooked bread and barley had Cinnamon on them. Pizza cut terrible. Stuff crust was uncooked. Delivery driver would pull in driver way. Had to walk up the hill to get food. Packaging and presentation sucked. Didn’t get out of vehicle to hand me the food.
