This place was awesome for BBQ! I had brisket (fatty) and housemade mild sausage. I tried the golden drip bbq and house bbq sauce, and they were both great! The ribs were really good, too! Great charros beans as well! Just make sure if you come for lunch you have plenty of time because all in all it took an hour and a half, come try it and you won’t be disappointed! That’s why the line is long! They have a bunch of out of the box stuff to try as well. I will have to come back and try that stuff now that they are open for dinner.

Staff and service is good but the FOOD IS WHAT YOUR GOING FOR.. the prices are very reasonable an You will become a Regular after just one bite. And pretty much anything out the pit is worth trying but don’t skip on the sides and dessert. I recommend the charro beans and brisket with hints of their signature house bbq sauce. My go to BBQ place in Midland..

Brisket was delicious. Pulled Pork was flavorless. Jalapeño sausage was good. Coconut tea was amazing. Had to wait 30 minutes for a half pound of each. Other people came ans sat down were almost finished by the time I received my order. I asked the cashier if I had been skipped and she said oh no it’s coming we just got a large barbecue order so apparently people who call have priority and if you’re standing there in front of their face and they already have your money they make you wait so I probably won’t be back.
