I had a really good time tonight. Charlene, was one of the best barteneders ive ever had, point blank period. She was simply the best. Dont even get me started on Chris. Waitress Stevie was great. We haven’t been for about 1yr. as we had found food to have too much salt. They have changed/updated the menu and our burgers were perfect. Will be back to try new items.

The manager actually comped my meal because it came out lukewarm. It may have been good hot but I didn’t want them to nuke it or wait for them to make another one. I really didn’t care for it anyway. It’s the low cal chicken dish with rice & beans. Waitress was great! She apologized many times and we know it wasn’t her fault but the kitchens. Bathroom was nasty! I will not return!

I don’t remember the hostesses name, but she was on point.! Jordan was part of our waitstaff, and he was attentive, there asking if we needed anything else, and always ready for our requests! I truly feel that this establishment cares for their customers and everyone is great at their jobs!!

Ordered through uber eats as a pick up ,when I got there they said they gave my order to a uber driver i asked why they had no explanation got Manager she said she would make again but was charging me again she said my beef was with uber,they gave my paid for food to uber took no responsability at all and was rude never again Chilis, Manager knows nothing about service

This was probably the worst location of chilis my wife and I have eaten at. The restaurant itself was really low lit. Our server was not very attentive as service was slow. We had to ask for refills several times. We had to ask for silverware and a steak knife. You could tell the food had been sitting under a warmer lamp for some time. The only redeeming quality was the owner or manager did stop by during our meal and was friendly.
