Worst Customer service ever. People working their don’t know how to treat their customers. When the put the order out they don’t even say the name or anything whose order it is. They forgot to give my order and than when I went to talk to them they told me don’t yell at me which I was never yelling. It was their mistake when they don’t give out proper order so why yell at customer. She burned my avocado toast it was her mistake that she did not give all food that we order. Manager is also racist and not willing to listen what customer is willing to say.

Horrible customer service. I walked in for a refund on Black Friday only because Thursday hours say they are open on the Dunkin app. I go there closed. No one in store was trained to refund anything. They called manager and manager said for me to come back another day in the week. So now waste me time to come back to get my money back. As all this is happening another guest waited 34 mins for a sandwich as employees kept serving drive thru window and completely deleted and forgot her order. This place is fairly new and no one cares about what they do. If you don’t like your job and you are unhappy? Just quit! There’s someone else that will be happy to provide customer service.

Went here for a Dunkachino, which evidently this location doesn’t have. Ended up with a much more expensive frozen drink. I’ll go to the one around the corner which does have the Duncanchinos. Service was great though, and they were very apologetic. I like the people that work at this Dunkin the best.

DESHI SMASH
I go there 2 or 3 times a week , bc is close to my house and my fav croissant with egg and cheese and hash brown for my kids.I spend between $50 every time I go there. I must say almost every time either they burned the bread or something but today they cross the line giving me old left over hash browns for my kids. Not acceptable
