She asked for my order and when I gave it to him he got it all right and didn’t mess up not a single thing even down to the vegetables that I wanted on my sandwich and the other person sandwich I was paying for. My experience at this Subway location is probably the worst I have ever had with Subway, period. I began to order my sandwich, and it was clear that the girl was new and being trained. I understand that new people won’t do a perfect job. However, she cut the sandwich at a very weird angle, and even though she realized she did this, she continued to make the sandwich anyway. This made it very difficult for the next person to load anything into it, and it ended up being a complete disaster of a sandwich that couldn’t close properly. It was extremely messy and unpleasant to eat.

By far the worst customer service of any subway I have ever been to in my entire life. I stood there for 10 minutes and not one time did any other two employees acknowledge me at all. The sad thing is, I wasn’t even a customer, I was just an Uber driver there picking up an Uber order to go.

I ordered a sandwich before noon on 5/11/2016 and to my surprise when I got ready to pay…the manager or whoever was doing a check on the register for the employees on duty starting discussing a complaint that he got an e-mail on the female employee standing to the right of him. I was concerned because all I wanted to do was take my sandwich home and pay for it. A manager or boss SHOULD NEVER CONFRONT AN EMPLOYEE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! Perhaps the franchisee will read this e-mail and put a procedure in place to not embarrass a customer who is either right or wrong in front of a paying customer. I will go to another Subway in my area from now on. Based on the reviews perhaps Corporate should take a look at the hostile environment at this location.

When it comes to preparing your sandwich..they aren’t very sanitary. I have to constantly tell them to wash their hands after touching money and between sandwiches before placing gloves on..This is pure common sense!!! They come to this country and take our businesses but yet they’re ignorant about how to operate them. Comes to show anyone can own a business with no BRAINS!!! I personally like the Rivergate location. Washing their hands is the first thing they do when you enter the store.

It really sucks here. The manager keeps the meatballs for too long, and can’t keep an employee around for any longer than 5 months because he needs to work somewhere else besides Subway if he hates it so much. His poor manager skills and lack of desire to pay his employees what they worked for is his downfall, leading to overworked employee not working art peak performance and frequent gaps in the schedule.
