Newer location here so the atmosphere is great. It’s bright open and tables are larger. The staff was great. We were seated promptly and the waitress was on top of everything. We had a blooming onion which was good as usual. I had a ribeye and the others had sirloin with grilled shrimp. My ribeye was cooked perfectly, it needed just a touch more seasoning for my taste but was very good overall. The sirloins were off on the cook for both my wife and son. Nothing major just not the temp they wanted. The shrimp were tasty but missed that grilled crunch on the outside. The flavor, service and atmosphere are all worth a stop. Solid steakhouse here.

Okay so the manager is terrible but my waitress Amberness was great. The food actually tasted good. But the sharp piece of plastic in my lobster Mac and cheese completely of turned me off the meal. I told Amberness and she got me a remake with no lobster or plastic at my request but the meal was honestly ruined by then. The manager offered a 3$ discount…. Yes a whole 3$ off a ruined 20$ entree. That is absurd. I told the waitress who said she would talk to the manager who then gave me a slightly better 25% off the entire meal which totaled 9$. Had he offered 50% off or just to comp the entree this review would be very different.

Service was slow. Bloomin Onion was sopping in grease and tasted bad like old oil was used. Tomato on salad had mold. Definitely won’t be back.

Great lunch at Outback. It my first time back to an Outback since I was in high school over 30 years ago. This new location has a fresh contemporary look and had a pleasant atmosphere. With prices going up for dining there were lots of good options on the menu for reasonable prices. The food was very good and was as good as other similar options like Longhorn or Saltgrass. Also the complimentary bread and butter were much better than other similar restaurants. I’ll definitely be back and recommend it.

I have never been a huge fan of chain restaurants at all. My boyfriend suggested it one afternoon and I thought what the hell. I must say, I was delightful surprised by this location! I’ve been several times now and had great service every time, which is the main standout for me. I think the food is also good! I get the blooming onion every time (classic) and it’s always delicious. I’ve had their soups and salad which I think could be improved with only a few minor tweaks. Shrimp on the barbie is delicious and plentiful. Their signature blonde beer is also really good. I don’t know if other Outbacks are good but I’d def recommend giving this one a shot!

Very good experience for our first visit. We loved the smoked old fashion!! Steaks were cooked to request although I didn’t quite understand the cutting/presentation of my filet. The chopped salad was fantastic! We will be back.

I was surprised by the variety of new options. Whiskey Apple was so refreshing and delicious! I loved Toowoomba Salmon with Brussels sprouts. My husband didn’t get his steak right from the first time… But stuff was nice and attentive and fixed it immediately. Recommend!

This is a new location, 2nd time we have ate here. There was no wait. The lady that sat us was nice, our waitress was awesome. Service was the best. We got steak and shrimp to share, the steak was tender, cooked to a medium, juicy also. My wife enjoyed the shrimp. We got a salad with raspberry vinaigrette, delicious! In my opinion the bread was average and a little dry, butter could use some flavor, my wife liked it though. We also got the Pina Koala, it was very good. It was clean, restrooms was clean. The restaurant felt comfortable. Overall I’d rate this place a 9.5 out of 10. We like outback and will definitely be back!

This was the worst Outback, I’ve been to. Very disappointed. They ran out of mashed potatoes, but they didn’t tell us until our food had already came out. Our table wasn’t cleared the entire visit, we had to ask for silverware, one of our meals was incorrect, the lobster tails were way overcooked, the presentation of our meals was terrible.
