Ordered two breakfast burritos, one with sausage, the other with bacon. They didn’t put any meat in either. Literally, I counted 2 small sausages in one, and one small strip of bacon in the other. Plus, the tater tots were refried. This is the cheapest sonic in the state, if not the world. Avoid this one. It sucks when a franchise owner ruins a restaurant.

Pulled up to stall 9 and hit the red button. Notified button was activated but waited and waited and never had anyone ask to take my order. Hit button again and same thing. Pulled around to drive thru and ask if there is something wrong with Stall #9. They say not that they are aware of, so either someone needs to look into it (which they didn’t say they would do), or they are lying. Placed my order in the drive thru because I did not want to drive somewhere else and have to wait again. However, when my order is handed to me, it is wrong. I told them I had asked for cheese on my tots and there wasn’t any. After she closes the window, I hear someone say, “She never said that.” Mind you I’ve been sitting at the window listening to them talk NONSTOP. Maybe if they treated this like work and a place of business instead of social hour, they could figure out which stalls actually work and listen well enough to get orders correct!

The kitchen took 15 minutes to make out food we were the only ones there besides two people in drive thru, My mother’s burrito was hard as a rock, and on top of that she ordered it with sausage, they gave her Bacon, my father’s foot long chilli cheese coney was Luke warm,and his bun was old and dry. Same for my own foot long chilli cheese coney, the hotdog itself was bland of tasted like it was made yesterday morning, but I will say our mozzarella sticks were good, and our food runner his name was Aaron was very nice and hospitable.

Pulled in at 8:15pm on 4/13. Parked across the drive-thru window. Pushed the button and was told “We are only serving bays 1 thru 10 and our drive-thru window!” What…Wait…are you for real??? So we started our Jeep and drove straight to Wendy’s, next foor! Walked in and ordered our food! This Sonic has lost All customer service! They need someone who cares about their small town!!

When you tell them no Mayo or Ketchup on your burger but you want mustard instead. They take that as no other toppings and mustard only. So be very descriptive when placing your order and double check before paying.
