Today was awesome!!! Probably the best meal I’ve had in a long time! The foursome working today was impressive, full of energy, and did a great job! I should have gotten the waitress’ name, but she was great! The cook was incredible!!! He stayed in high spirits, and was on top of things.

The man named Cool was extremely rude! Most horrible experience I’ve ever had a Waffle House. He never even made eye contact and he had a frown on his face the whole time. I asked if they have sugar and he told me no. I obviously saw all the sugar on the different counters! The man even refused to give me his name. Very unprofessional. The other man in there seemed to be intemedated by Cool.

My service this morning at the Parris Island location was great! I called in an order and as I walked through the door every single employee greeted me with a “good morning” and my food was being bagged and ready to go. The server even went the extra mile to personally contact me when I left my bank card at the store. Although I am not satisfied with the To Go Check charge, ToGo service charge and ToGo Supply fee! The area manager has already contacted me and I am waiting for this to be resolved.

The strangest thing happened today. Dropped by this location at 1321 after church and the door was locked. Four cars pulled up all turned away. The claim is that the grill broke. If provided proof I will update. We were definitely looking forward to the Waffle House experience today.

Came here to eat a late breakfast. Was waited in by the best person. Her name is Livy. She is soft spoken, polite, great customer service. She actually listens to you. She checked in on us multiple times while we were there. She did a Great Job!!! Besides that, the place was clean. The bathrooms was clean. The cook got our food done fast so we can eat. You will need gps to get here since you have to go around and down a side street to enter the property. But its well with the trip.
