On a cold and snowy day, we went to the Pink Bamboo for hot pot! Crab Rangoon is always delicious, so we ordered that too. For the hotpot we had seafood, chicken, and pork, as well as mixed veggies. Hubby says he prefers chunks of meat to cook as opposed to rolled slices, but everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The spicy broth side was a bit too spicy for me, but plain was too bland. Flavored up with some great sauces and it tasted better. Service is always friendly, and a very reasonable bill for everything we ordered.

4 of us enjoyed dinner here one night. The staff was friendly and super accommodating for our one vegetarian friend. I believe we were served by the owner who was incredible! He explained every dish that came out to make sure our vegetarian friend knew what they could and could not eat. The hot pot was delicious and between the 4 of us with drinks our bill was $35 per couple.

We just had the loveliest experience at Pink Bamboo. Our server went above and beyond to make our experience spectacular. It was my partners birthday and our server found out when she ID’d her and then brought out a beautiful dessert at the end of dinner without being asked or prompted to. She was so friendly and professional which made the evening perfect. My mother and son both enjoyed the night and It is rare to get three generations at a restaurant and have everyone love the food. We had a mix of vegetarians and red meat eaters and everyone loved their meal. This place is a hidden gem and we will absolutely be back. I can’t thank our server (Inel?) for making a memorable evening for us.
