On a long multi-state drive and found this place nearby on Google maps. Boy, what a treat! Delicious BBQ! Super friendly. Excellent recommendations for out-of-towners. Great portions. We’re so glad we took a chance and stopped. Highly recommend.

We have eaten here many times and I would say the place deserves a four or five star. BBQ is usually outstanding. I really looked forward to stopping there to get a BBQ. But yesterday the food we got was not fit to eat, I ended up throwing it out. The BBQ was disgusting. It was full of grease the likes I have never seen. My wife and daughters food was not very good and they were grilled cheese sandwiches. How do you screw a grilled cheese up? Needlees to say that was probably our last trip there. I don’t what has changed. It used to be a great place.

I ordered BBQ, baked beans, and potato salad for my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner, and the food was delicious. Deborah was great at answering our questions and giving recommendations. Their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

The lady taking my order was sweet… I ordered the “smoked” rib plate. I can’t imagine why they’d call these boiled ribs smoked, but whatever. They were tender no doubt, but by far the worst ribs I have ever tasted. The coleslaw was pretty decent though.
