My least favorite pizza out of the main pizza franchises. Slow service. I’ve been handed Doordash orders through the drive through many times, but now all of a sudden they want you to come inside and get it, even if the order is already done. Very annoying. I try to avoid this place when I can. But sometimes I still have to do the orders due to lack of well paying orders in this area.If you want pizza, try anyplace else.

We came as doordashers, we were ignored even after we told them we had an order for doordash. Approx 20 customers came in and were served before us. This place I do not recommend at all. Very unorganized and awful service!

5 points West is THE BEST!!! There’s a reason they ALWAYS have a solid line wrapped around the parking lot! Forestdale is horrible tho! Taste was mediocre @ best. The kid @ the window was sweet enough but the manager was horrible & very very rude! & From that moment on… I go out my way… Gladly… 2 go sit in line in wait… To get get our lil Caesars! Huge difference in service, management & oh my goodness the taste. Esp 4 pizzas that are already ready! They got the magic touch! They really are much better than any other locations I’ve had. Gardendale, Hueytown & the 2 I named above. They were ok. But 5 points is WORTH the trouble, drive & WAIT! TRUST ME!

I purchased 3 pizzas from the Forestdale, AL store today. The dough tasted old, and for some reason the the meat tasted like it has barbeque sauce on it. Even though there are no pizzas on the menu with barbecue sauce. The pepperoni pizza was also on old dough and tasted rancid. The only things that were edible was the thin crust cheese pizza and the crazy bread
