I’m very disappointed and officially labeling this the worst Hungry Howie’s location in the valley. Customer service was lack luster, delivery was terrible and even more important the food was a mess. No effort put in, both of our XL pizzas appeared to have been dropped or just thrown around by the delivery person I am guessing. And Our medium cheese pizza was not even cut, we had to cut it ourselves. This turned into the worst work related lunch I did with my team because of this experience and I will not be ordering pizza from here again. I was also quoted 40 minutes and it took an hour and half to get it 3 pizzas…

Ordered through Doordash I put no olives replace with jalapeños they didn’t do that I also payed for marinara dipping sauce for my bread and they didn’t put the sauce and dough for my stuffed pepperoni bread is extremely burned.

I would give it ZERO star for the extremely unpleasant experience, we placed a large order, one of the items was the stuffed bread. It had no garlic sauce at all and it raw inside. I called and asked to speak to the manager, the person who answer wasn’t happy to take the call and advised me that she is the manager shockingly, I asked her for her name and she said her name is Samantha. I shared with her detail about the issue, she started screaming at me on the phone telling me that she’s the only one who makes everything everyday, so.she knows that for sure she put sauce and it’s fully cooked. I offered to drive all the way and show her the bread, she continued to scream at me and she hang up on me.

I used to love this place until the last time I went. I ordered pizza, salad,and wings. The order came out to be about $40Then after the payment was completed on my card there was a total of $80! They gave themselves a $40 tip and when I called about they said that there was nothing that they could do. that I needed to call my bank. Long story short I got charged $80 for just pizza, a salad and some wing .never again

Tonight was a second try/chance/taste test and now the last two times we have ordered pizza from here there’s no flavored crust. Just plain… why offer flavored crust if no one will be ever be able to get that on their pizza? it adds a little Pizza-z to the pizza… this location used to make great pizza I just don’t understand what changed? Staff? They should follow a common recipe or process of making pizza for hungry howies should they not? I would think the pizza is basically the same any location you purchase from but this location has proven that wrong the last few deliveries.

We used to order from here often. Seems they have a new GM and staff that can’t seem to get the orders right. We received an order with missing items and incorrect toppings. They offered to send out new or get a credit but we had already waited over an hour for the delivery so we opted for the credit. The next time we ordered we got the credit towards the food but we got the wrong stuff again…never called back because it wasn’t worth the hassle.
