Ordered two kids’ buffets on 8/30/15, in order to feed them after church. Employee at register informed me that I couldn’t sit at the booth with my children without ordering a meal. Forced to stand in embarrassment by the exit while children ate. I would’ve been more than happy to pay for an adult buffet if I thought the pizza was remotely enjoyable. Employees also constantly cursed behind the counter well within earshot of kids. I’ll pass on coming back, as the Taco Bell across the parking lot is much better.

We were excited to come and eat at Cici’s while on vacation because they have all closed up where we are from. I really should have read the reviews first! We spent nearly $40 and it was definitely not worth it. The pizza was dry and old. I also honestly didn’t realize pizza could actually be that thin. The selection was small and we had to wait a long time for pizza to be put out. Same with the desserts. When they finally put out the desserts, it was the same way….thin and hardly anything on it. One can tell they are definitely trying to be cheap! Please save your money and go elsewhere!

Do not visit. You will be wasting your time, sanity, and money. Walk in at 7:30 on a Tuesday night and there were maybe 5 different pizzas to choose from. The salad bar was a joke. Asked for a meat lovers type pizza on thin crust and it magically was messed up in the oven after 40 minutes of waiting. There were 10 guests tops in the building at this time. The employees were touching the pizzas that were out on the bar with bare hands. After going back and forth with touching their hair and hats. The sweet tea was also out. I definitely made a horrible life choice by visiting this establishment.

I was hesitant to try this place because of the negative reviews. We have 3 kids so we look for kid friendly and budget friendly places! I am glad we decided to try this. The pizzas were hot and fresh and as soon as one pizza was gone, another was quickly put in its place. Pizzas were filling and we all left with full bellies! No complaints!

Dirty, small selection of pizza, and unfriendly staff. Would not let member of our party eat inside because they had ordered wings, even though it was ordered off of their menu. Also served with paper plates and ice machine does not work. Even though they would not let them in, we did finally get the wings pretty fast. Or 40 minutes just seem fast when you’re being blatantly insulted by the staff. Would not recommend. 1/10.

When I went last week it was very busy, but clean and they were consistently putting out fresh food and would call out clearly when they did and what was being put out. The bus boys/girls were good about cleaning up the old dishes. The staff was very friendly, even for being so busy which is always a good sign. Six bucks for all you can eat pizza is not a bad deal either, especially when you are a broke college student like I am. If I didnt like it, I wouldnt be going there again tonight.

The staff were incredibly rude. We saw a roach climbing on the plates on the buffet and immediately stopped eating and told the guy at the counter. He informed us that “it was normal to see bugs in Florida” but I don’t see any reason why a restaurant should ever have roaches crawling on the food. The only good thing about it was the refund I received for our food. I’ll never go there again and hope no one else does either!

Staff was rude selection sucked. Food not hot. Salad bar messy. And we all got sick. This place has really gone down hill bad never had any trouble at the one that use to be in Panama City next to publix. I hear they are moving one back in can’t wait to see if it is any better than the one on the beach.

Love this place. We went here 3 times in the week we were vacationing in Panama City beach. Great food. They had about 8 different pizzas, salad, soup & pasta. There were also a few choices for dessert. Pizza, cinnamon rolls & brownies. If they’re out of dessert, just ask them to make more. It’s not a problem.
