Exhausted with this location. They consistently move too fast (making mistakes) or provide poor quality food and/or beverages. How many times do I have to receive undercooked bacon for you all to actually make changes? Those restaurants should know that even “pre-cooked” bacon cannot be served like this. Its not fully cooked. And my stomach noticed .

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with no egg and a caramel frozen coffee. After I ordered, the lady at the register did not tap the screen to prompt for payment. Instead, she left and made the order, then after 15 minutes of multiple employees walking right by is and not asking if we need help, the lady on the next register, who had also been standing there and looking at us, asked if we needed help. I am very unsatisfied with the service at this location, and will not be returning.

Ordering from here is a gamble, several times we’ve stopped here for coffee only to discover they skipped ingredients and when it’s brought to their attention, the response is very nonchalant. There seems to be only one lady who seems to make the drinks the way you order and her attitude has one of an unpleasant nonchalant nature as well here lately. I won’t be returning here at all. Too many times I’ve ordered and been charged extra for espresso and I didn’t receive it.
