This was by far one of our best meals in Yachets. The atmosphere was simple but with a table facing the ocean what more could you ask for. I had the mushroom ravioli and my partner had the dungensee crab and seafood pasta both were exceptional. It truly was good home cooked meal. A must when in Yachets.

My late husband and I found this place and loved it. The food is delicious and Heidi has this wonderful greeting smile. And her hubby is a character. The food is delicious and you get personalized service. Sometimes it gets crowded, but hey, this is a really great place to eat. We had a family reunion there and relatives were from lots of different areas. Everybody loved Heidi’s and we ate there everyday,

We had our best restaurant meal in at least two years at Heidi’s Homemade Foods last night (and we eat out a lot). The food was amazing . . . the service was stellar. Heidi and her family (?) were gracious and accommodating – made everyone feel at home and valued.

Heidi’s Italian restaurant has a very small menu with a few nightly specials. We eat there every time we are close to Yachats. The food is absolutely great and made fresh to order. If a large choice is what you need then this not your place. If a nice Italian meal is what you’re looking for, this mom and pop place is well worth trying.

We come back to Heidi’s year after year from our home in Central Oregon. We have suggested it to many friends, too. CONSISTENTLY excellent food. The portions are right-sized and it is always a surprisingly delight of flavors and creativity. We’re both good cooks, and the food is always something we could not make at home. Heidi’s husband takes lots of time and research to select the house wines and it shows.

Absolutely phenomenal!!! Some of the best Italian food I have ever had, and my Bisnonna is from Sicily Rich without being too much, full of fresh flavors and leaves you wishing you had a second stomach. The staff is incredibly friendly and the decor is lovely. Most definitely making this my go to for Yachats visits.

The food was tasty. Simple recipes that are way over priced. The attitude from our waiter (perhaps the owner), was terrible. He made it seem we should feel blessed to even be eating there. The desserts were far from what was advertised by the waiter. Crumbles actually have crumble, otherwise it’s just a stew!

Small restaurant, five option menu. Took forever to receive food and saw the chef on her cell phone multiple times in this period. My husband had lasagna with over cooked gummy noodles. I had the shrimp and crab pasta…the crab was from a can, watery sauce, just not exactly what you expect when you pay $78.00 for food. Go next door to Luna Sea Fish House!
