First time ordering at this location. Terrible! Ordered bacon & cheese tator tots….overcooked & crunchy. Also ordered chicken Alfredo bowl and there was more pasta WITHOUT sauce than with and EIGHT yes 8 small chunks of chicken. Pizza was Great. Just a shame that our dinner was JUST pizza.

So many issues with this place, horrible service. 2 1/2 hours for a pizza delivered to my house. But we will credit your account with a free pizza…then order your free pizza…NOPE. Another lie. Wanted $5.95 to deliver a pizza to their own parking lot because it was “after hours”. Shut this place down.

The best pizza in Easthampton. After ordering Domino’s weekly, I can tell that never got sick of it. I personally consider Domino’s my comfort food, it reminds me of my childhood. I can always rely on them to delivering me a hot and tasty pizza at any time. Domino’s has really came in clutch and supported me in both good and bad times. Personally my favorite item at Domino’s is their bacon and jalapeno stuffed cheesy bread with some marinara on the side.

I haven’t been too crazy about Domino’s in the past six months. The deal that I have ordered for years is not longer available. The price for an equal amount of pizza without the deal is too high, and when you add on the tax, delivery charge, and tip, it’s an expensive meal for just two people.

Horrible experience tonight. Apparently they gave the food to someone else. Didn’t ask for my name. And didn’t call me. I lost my food and am pending my return funds on an empty stomach. I know food enough, I made it as simple as possible for them. cheese pizza and some garlic knots. Even called back to make sure.

Ordered a pizza from these guys at 1045 PM on a night they close at 12. They had me on hold when I ordered so I gave it an extra 25 min after their quoted time before calling in to check on it. When I did call in literally only 5 min after the last orders are taken the only explanation I got was we are closed. In 35 years of my life (20 working in the service industry) I have never written a complaint about service. The guy who took my order and answered the second time (same person) is by far the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life.
