I hate leaving reviews trust me… But the only way this place would deserve 5 stars is if you purposely seek disappointment for breakfast lunch or dinner. From of the time this place has been built to now it has been the place of rude people, constant mistakes, and just complete and udder bad service. But on the bright side ill keep coming back because i know when i want my food wrong, mistreatment, and all around bad attitude i will choose this Burger King because they never disappoint.

Overall, I was rather impressed with this location. The food was very tasty and served quickly. The service was fantastic. The friendly lady that took my order (my assumption is that she is the manager) even remembered my name when I returned to buy some soft serve.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a Burger King and I worked for one in Massachusetts for years. There was no Southern Hospitality. The manager was yelling at her employee as soon as my family and I walked in and she was yelling at a homeless man. Why give someone a drink and then in the next breath talk about “these people”. “These people” are humans too. I get the stero type around homeless people, but unless you become homeless you do not understand. Me and my family were homeless last year at no fault to us. And we definitely felt the way “these people” get scrutinized. Thank God, for God and loving people. Pay it forward, you never know what lies ahead in your life if you choose to be hateful.

The managers and employees are disgusting, rude, horrible people, they take forever to take your order, cut you off before your done ordering. Don’t give you what they charged you for. We will never go back again. The whole place needs shut down. And that’s sad because the building is only a couple years old.

This establishment is open until 11:00 PM, we came through the drive through a little late (10:15 PM) and nobody spoke a word to us until 10:30 PM after we asked if they were open. When we came up to the window to pay for our food, the woman at the window took our money and slammed the door on our hands. We waited an additional 20 minutes for our food after paying. Absolutely no customer service at this place, no management — not to mention, they also had plenty staff working. It’s sad to see such stable places going to waste

I waited in line for my food mind you this is not rush hour it is 2:30 p.m. in the afternoon I waited for my food which came out cold. And incorrect I ordered my meal with no mayonnaise or lettuce only ask for ketchup on one and catch and pickle on the other one I called to see if they would Rectify this mistake. Not sure if I was going to go back today or another day I was trying to figure it out with the manager on the phone but I was appalled that she asked me to bring back my food after making me wait for my food and after getting my food wrong. I don’t know why she’s so eager so I can take it back and she can throw it away because you can’t take back food. At this point I don’t even want to waste my gas to go deal with an inexperienced manager. The worst customer service ever.

Horrible. Just s horrible burger King. The service is a joke. Attitude is given if anything is wrong. Everything in my order was wrong. I’m supposed to open every sandwich to see if the foods right? Nope. Bacon Swiss turns into extra mayo tomato? No. Go work at the entrance to Walmart.

Stale food, my burger bun was hard on the edges, the fries were cold and stale tatsing. There was one person behind the counter so wait forever even for ketchup, soda was watered down majorly and the table was dirty. I do not recommend this location at all. Go someplace else. Trust me. The bathroom was out of soap and the floor was dirty it was not even noon geesh.

Are you kidding me. I show up this morning and walked up before the lobby opens. They wouldn’t serve me. I got there every morning and they know me. But this morning I was pulling my RV so I could not use the drive thru. This woman should have never be able to come back. Now she is back running customers off again.
