This place was awful. Waited in line for 23 minutes, while 4 workers gathered around the register trying to give someone a $1.28 discount on a big app order. We haven’t ever been to Popeyes before, and asking these people questions about ordering was like asking 2nd grader how to order. THEN, while waiting an additional 8 minutes for my order. I had to keep reminding this guy what was on my order. And expensive! Cost me $40 to feed me and my wife. The food was awful. Totaled experience. My 1st time at Popeyes, and I’ll not be coming back.

Ordered on the web. Live a mile away. Came here saw the order sitting in the printer. A guy came up ordered his food, got it and left and I’m still waiting for my food. The lady, I think is the manager said his order was first. I saw my order before he made his order. My web order took 30 plus minutes to get!!! This is ridiculous!!!! Never getting food here again. I’ll drive to Benton Harbor next time.

My husband and I went to this travel stop and we both had the worst fast food experience ever. We are still waiting for his order which he put in over a half hour ago because apparently they’re waiting on the spicy chicken. (The Taco Bell next-door had its own problems. You can read my review there but don’t bother going to this travel stop for food if you’re in a hurry) update-just got his food after 35 minutes. The place wasn’t even busy. At one point he asked why so long they said we waiting on spicy chicken. Next time he went to ask they couldn’t even find his order.

If the Food & Health Department were to walk in they wouldn’t have to look far to start writing violations since the lady behind the counter is coughing and popping her chewing gum at the register. Instantly turned and went to another place to eat.

When wanting chicken, this has to be the best Popeye’s! They take some time getting your order, but it’s worth it.

They say open, but they aren’t? Ever since covid restaurants have gone downhill and it realy makes a truck driver reconsider their options and choose a different career choice

Please please give Latasha who was working on 11/7/22 at 6:30 p.m. a huge raise!!! That girl was single-handedly taking orders, flinging chicken, baking biscuits, filling lemonade, calling for fry drop and was so friendly despite being 5 customers deep on filling orders! She should be recognized and rewarded for her amazing hard work and keeping a great attitude all under extreme pressure and with a pretty surly clientele. She made the quick dinner stop completely worthwhile. Keep it up!
