Is it too much to ask for the amount of milk I want in my coffee? Been a customer of Starbucks for 20 years used to swear by the place as the best coffee shop in town. Now I get a bad attitude for asking for extra milk in my coffee that in my time used to be provided free of charge at The milk bar. Not really happy with anything I get from Starbucks anymore. The culture at this company is terrible.

We asked for a caramel drink with 6 shots of caramel. It did not taste like any was added and they did not ask if we wanted whipped cream or not. In other locations they always asked. This was the first location I’ve witnessed who never asked. Napkins were not available and instead of making both drinks together- we asked for two- we got them a out 5 minutes apart. The manager was very nice.

I order the green tea latte and it was good ….but also a croissant wich was cold, like out of the refrigerator. They do not have a microwave to warm up my croissant. Also, if you are paying through the app they need to do it manually because there is not scanner. They need some improvements.

We stop by to get.. a cup of coffee and a croissant, my pregnant wife want a cup of chocolate and once we got there.. they just looked at us and said we are on break.. and they didn’t sale the coffee or anything.. I looked at them like . are you serious and they looked at me like it is pur break.. before we turned it up into a big deal.. we just decide to leave.. never coming back to that place

Small pop-up coffee stand in the front portion of the Romper Room (a bar at night). Had an excellent cafe-au-lait and had zero wait for it (sure, it was about 7:15am, but if you’re reading this and happen to be looking for a good coffee bar near Union Square without a line at 7:15a, well, Iron Horse is your place!). Barista was super friendly. Will definitely go back!

Coffee wasnt hot enough and i asked for vanilla and ut was plain also I was hungry wanted a ham and swiss that was displayed and it wasnt available. The cashier was nice but has to pay attention to detail so that the coffee is right.
