I visit Chick-fil-A often but today I was very disappointed me and my sister went there on our lunch break to grab a quick meal and the chicken was horrible it tasted disgusting and was fried too hard and did not taste good at all we were very disappointed ☹️☹️

I just watched Kevin speak to a customer in a way that is not Chick fila’s standard of customer service. The man had been charged for a grilled chicken club entree only when he ordered a grilled chicken entree only. Kevin became disgruntled with the gentlemen and said “I’m not the one who charged you and I’m not going to deal with you if your not going to listen” rather than engage in a negative manner with Kevin the man walked away. Kevin then walked over to whom I presume is the Manager, wearing the only red shirt here a lady with dark hair i think her name tag said Caitlyn he said, “I’m not going to deal with him if he’s going to walk away” I felt the older gentleman was treated poorly and chik Fila should be made aware.

Large clean restaurant. Staff always pleasant and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A. They could use another bathroom. Only 2 stalls in the women’s bathroom and this restaurant is located right off I-95. Thank you

They messed up my order and gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. No big deal accidents happen. So I asked for them to fix my order. And even said, i’d be happy to pay for the right Sandwich. Instead, she says it’ll be seventy six cents for the difference for the toppings with what she charged me… Okay no big deal. Then I had to wait an extra five minutes while I assumed they were making my sandwich. Instead she comes out with a container that has a cold slice of cheese, a slice of tomato and a slice of lettuce. So I had to make my own freaking sandwich. The entire drive thru experience was over fifteen minutes. This is the slowest chick fil a i’ve ever been to. Now I have a spicy chicken deluxe with no condiments that I made myself. The cheese is cold and the sandwich is not great. They forgot my pickles too so technically I was overcharged.
