Excellent BBQ. Ordered 4lbs brisket, 3lbs ribs, two whole chickens, and beans, slaw, and potato salad for our party. Food was great and all guest enjoyed it.

Had the double loaded boudin. I read an article about this place and had to go try it for myself. It was delicious! The flavor combination went very well together. One of the staff members said they use DJ’s boudin out of Beaumont. This is a must try dish. The staff was very friendly and inviting.

Texas Monthly did a piece on this hidden gem recently. Saw the article that morning, pulled up that afternoon. The place sits in a old shopping strip and that might discourage anybody. Once you get through that, the magic begins. Anyplace that has ready pagers and a consistent flow of patrons has to be the real deal! The food and the ambiance is a mismatch!

Oh my god… a friend and I googled “Best BBQ” while driving around western Houston and… as of today, I’m telling you it’s in Alief (until they inevitably expand one day.) The gentlemen running this little shop make an INCREDIBLE meal. We ordered two of these sampler plates and… every bit was delicious! They do an AMAZING job and I can’t wait to recommend them to friends for … whatever! Visits. Catering. You name it. Loved it and I’ll definitely be back!!

In the area and was surprised how close it was to this place. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Had their special. Chicken and Brisket were really tender and had a nice flavor to them both. Sausage was a little dry but still had a nice taste to it. Potato salad was on point. We got a pecan pie too! Reminded me of my grandmothers.

From Louisiana but have made quite a few visits to sample the Texas BBQ scene. Guillory’s was excellent! My wife and I think it probably the best we have had. Sliced brisket was excellent, cut to order, juicy, and flavorful. Sausage was excellent too with little kick but not overpowering. Baked beans and potato salad both excellent too. Prices were reasonable and service was great. What else can you ask for!
