Ordered a small extra cheese pizza and received this. I called to advise of my experience and that I didn’t think I received an extra cheese pizza because there was too much sauce showing and usually extra cheese pizza only show cheese. I was told by the manager Craig that this is how theirs look – never mind that I order from Jet’s often and know what an extra cheese pizza looks like – but he refused to remake. I paid $14 not including tip for this cold, nasty pizza that I couldn’t enjoy. A complete waste of money. Never again. Save your money!

Good overall. Maybe it’s me but I get a soapy taste everytime I eat the pizza. Guessing it’s their sauce. But I still like it , still order it often and will keep on saying it, so don’t dig to deep into my review.

The deep dish pizzas are good for takeout, but the prices are not congruent with the quality of the pizza. I wouldn’t rate this pizza any better than the rest of the franchise pizza outlets, or even the higher end frozen varieties. $25 for 8 pieces of pizza is a bit extreme if you aren’t really any better than your competition.

Best salad I have had in a long time. I’ve ordered salads from several different pizza places recently and have had to throw them away. Jets pizza by far makes the best salad that has everything diced and fresh lettuce!

We recently ordered a pizza and breadsticks for delivery. Quoted an hour. The delivery showed up late, and was only the breadsticks. The driver was absolutely phenomenal and very apologetic about the entire situation. We called the manager to see when we could get the new pizza, the manager quoted us another 40 minutes. Having worked in the restaurant management for 10+ years, this was an absolute disgrace. The manager on duty made no effort to fix the situation and had no interest in correcting their error, and to quote an additional 40 minutes after our original time is absolutely ridiculous. It’s a shame that the corporate office allows such poor treatment of its customers.

I Have been purchasing pizza from them for over five years. But today I ordered a pizza and breadsticks only to have the breadsticks delivered. When I called the facility And I was informed that I would have to wait another 45 to an hour to get my pizza and that is the best they were willing to do. Wait… What? No expedite for us? Nope. They could care less. I guess business is so good that the don’t need mine anymore. We called Donato’s and explained the situation and guess what… They said they would make us a priority to earn our business and would have a pizza within a half an hour! Now that’s customer service and they didn’t even screw up! Jets, you are losing a loyal customer. But then again the new Albany facility didn’t seem to care. Sad.
