Hacienda San Miguel came highly recommended to us. Walking in, there was only one table being occupied so wasn’t busy at all. Waited quite some time before our order was taken. Watched someone walked through the front door then immediately came to take our order. Soda machine was dispensing terrible carbonated drinks had to order multiple times. Had to call our waitress multiple times to request this or that because she wasn’t tending to our table on her own. Food was ok. Mole tasted different.

Place was a bit too loud for my liking but it was 5 de mayo so can’t complain much about that. Staff was attentive for the capacity of people. Food was good however my brother was served a rancid ribeye. Owner quickly helped with that. Overall good experience. I would come back again.

Ordered pickup through doordash… First they tell me no curbside to get off..(already a bad start but okay I got off)… then they charged me two extra corns as I ordered but then at the restaurant they only give me 1 extra and the lady told me to fight it with doordash even though her system showed 2 corns… (Okay thankfully doordash fixed that since the women there clearly cannot read their numbers)…. Then I get home to eat and the fajita is very raw inside .. Like seriously?… I gave them plenty of time to cook this food.. and they couldn’t even do that correctly.. the costillas too a bit raw.. It was such a horrible experience… Last time I come here for food for sure .. Only left one star because I was forced to give a star..

Service 1 being the lowest ,food was not good. Karaoke is not about the customers it about the dj showing off. Did not feel like a welcoming place. I would never go back. The waiter was not very interested in giving us service. The waiter didn’t even ask why we didn’t like our food. Margarita so not good.
