I arrived as group (coworkers) It was plenty of seating inside and few tables available outside. However, our party of 5 has to wait 20min. for our orders to be taken. Young Lady was taking a phone order. She was not rude, but whomever was placing their order sounded like they did not know what to order.

Right next door to the popular Poached neighborhood Kitchen, LA taqueria falls short. We had the birria Benedict, birria breakfast burrito and the pork belly breakfast taco. The Horchata waffles also sounded interesting but we already had so much food.

I have mixed feelings about this place if im being honest. We ordered our food and then went to sit down. Naturally, our drinks came out 1st, we ordered 2 horchatas. They tasted rotten and horrible. We asked if we could get Jamaica instead and, luckily, they changed our drinks. Then, the food came out, we realized we had been double charged for what was supposed to be one order but again, they fixed the problem, took back the extra food and refunded us for the extra charge. The food itself was okay. Very pretty and aesthetically pleasing, but the pancakes were a little dry and the chilaquiles were a bit disappointing. Their salsa was good and their service was nice though.

First of all let me commence my first time trying this and it was surprisingly delicious. Second, shout out to the two young ladies Amanda and Dorian for being really down to earth and making sure that our food was on point and if we needed anything else. Back to the food. 3 carne asada tacos and the diesmillo steak was juicy and cut into thin pieces. The carnitas nachos were superb and loaded with cheese, guacamole, jalapeños and cream. And the adobada bowl was really tasty and way better than the bowls that you get at chipotle!

The Birria Breakfast wet burrito was one of my favorite, with many more to taste in more visits to come. The Banana Praline French toast was the best! Another favorite. Come over and try this place.
