Customer service was fantastic. Just the food is real bad. Onion rings I received were so over cooked it hurt my teeth. And on my sandwich I received an entire slice of onion, no not a ring, the whole mf slice. I could look past the onion rings being over cooked but my “onion sandwich” I cannot. Oh and no receipt either so I can’t go back and get it fixed.

Got my order wrong made me pay $10 exta for no reason and refused to fix incorrect order ot correct the bill discrepancy. All in all 3/10 worst experience at a dq drive through I’ve ever had.

Great customer service, poor quality ice cream. I ordered a banana split and received it a couple minutes after I paid at the window. As soon as I got it the ice cream was already very melted and the syrups had all run together and become watered down by the ice cream. This was super disappointing as I had been wanting one for weeks and this was the only time I could afford it. Now all I have is $5.35 wasted and vanilla ice cream soup with a banana in it.
