The works with spicy sausage always hits and the meatball papadilla is one of our faves. We always place with the app and pickup and never had issues. Good customer service and quality on pickup. The chocolate chip cookie was super good- everyone had some and all said it was a great cookie cake style dessert.

My pizza pepperoni . With onions and jalapeños. This is what I got. I called talked to manager that could not fo anything but send a driver out to replace. But since I do not live in there delivery location my I would have to drive the 20 min up there and 20 back to the house. My kids was starving. I could not do that. She said well you can take it up to corporate but I gotta tell you it’ll take two weeks or better before you get a coupon in the mail. So I had to eat the dang pizza … pizza don’t taste the same if the pepperoni isn’t cooked on it.. plus it was soggy. All 3 we got were.. was very disaapointed.disappointed.. I mean I ordered a pizza delivered to my house as usual around Christmas time. We move. Come back in April and told they do not deliver in our area. Can’t even enter our address in to order.. sux.. but what ever.. I’d rather drive to another pizza place then eat here..

This particular Papa John’s never has our food ready when we place an order online and come to pick it up after it says our food is ready… The professionalism in here is very limited with some I’ve encountered with… The last particular time we came here I was in line for pick up and was ignored while all other people were being helped … Once I finally said hey I’m waiting on food the other lady got my food which was cold .. the other lady was on the phone the whole time standing at the register ignoring the fact I was there.

Ordered pizza and wings tonight… pizza showed up, but it the wings. Called the store and was told that the driver said that delivered them. Again told them they did not arrive, and was told that I could order new ones, and pay for them and they would bring them. Why would I pay for something g I already paid for, and didn’t get. Had to call corporate to get it resolved

2 hours wait for carryout! Make sure you really want pizza before ordering here. I went to pick the order up after 2 hours and it still wasn’t ready! They had literally just put the order in when I got there. The people are nice but they are understaffed and very overwhelmed.
